Shipping Policy
- Transfer of Responsibility: Once the package has been handed over, scanned, and accepted by the postal service or shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.), Lashaholic is no longer responsible for the handling, transit, or delivery timeframe of the order.
- Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages: We are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. Any claims related to delivery logistics must be filed directly by the customer with the respective shipping carrier using the tracking number provided.
- Shipping Information: It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and secure shipping address. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer or for packages stolen from the delivery location.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping to all countries! You will be able to turn the site into your local currency. You will also be given the option to pre-pay your duties & taxes at checkout. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Lashaholic LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. We do however, provide options to pre-pay these fees.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email or text notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 72 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@lashaholicshop.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
LOCAL PICKUP
At Lashaholic, we offer the convenience of local pickup for your orders. Please review our policy below for important details:
1. Same-Day Pickup:
If you would like to pick up your order on the same day of purchase, please text us at 939-317-5255 to confirm a pickup time before placing your order. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
2. Local Pickup Availability:
We provide a local pickup option for your orders. Simply choose "Local Pickup" during the checkout process.
3. Order Processing Time:
After placing your order, please allow 24-48 hours to receive a "Ready for Pickup" email notification. This email will confirm that your order is prepared and available for pickup.
